Go to: Page, HTML Mark-up and place the code below in the Before section . Best to apply it to your master page. Replace with height and width values with your own. Mine happen to be 134 x 22px.
Note that I created my Main Menu and and “Close” art in Illustrator and exported them as PNGs. So the dimensions must match or be proportionate to the values you key in. You can see it working on my site: www.rsidentitydesign.com
