[Pro] CSS Action Menu

I followed directions to create a menu for my web site. When I go to publish my site the first few pages go ok, but then the publishing stops and I get the following Jave Error Message (I am only including that part of the message that indicated the error): "//Default returning the enclosing element (no sliced background or another Action has removed graphic effects)
return el.fwEnclosing: (this last part beginning with el. is all underlined)

Doesn’t sound like the menu is the problem unless you are using images within it but hard to tell without the full error message.
