I am having trouble formatting the CSS Menu on the subject site, I want to centre align each menu item so that when the item is more than a single word the alignment is not to the left as it is now.
I have tried playing around with the .cssmenu style but cannot get it to do want i want. Also if i select Use Content Width, the navigation bar looks very messy…
Any ideas please?
Thanks
John

It should be as simple as selecting all the text content in your CSS Menu and aligning centre in the Text inspector
Note that this is one of the few settings you should use to style a CSS Menu - nearly everything - text link colours etc. should be done in the action interface.

David,
When i select the CSS menu text it displays the menu items vertically, when i selected centre align it showed all the items centred along the top of my page… so like an idiot i thought that was not working, after your post i did the same thing and then previewed the result … and bingo … all centred. thanks
