Is it possible to layer a CSS Menu over a graphic image? I’m trying to do this and it doesn’t seem to work.
Thanks,

draw an HTML item and apply the image via inspector as a background image. Another layer, containing the css menu can be positioned upon that - nothing miracle - that should do the game.

It doesn’t have to be a background image, though, does it? Just make sure you bring your CSS menu to the front (CMD + =). That should put the menu on top of anything there.

Anything besides Flash or QuickTime or other plug-in content, that is. Plug-ins cut a hole through the page – all layers included – and substitute their own playback for that region of the window.
