Has anyone experienced and issue with the Responsive CSS menu not closing after you click on a link?
If you look at the site below 767px you will seen the icon. Open the menu and click on “Events”. It will scroll to that area of the page but will not close the menu.
Hi billy this happened to me once and I is I recall correctly it was because I had two css menus

you have two menus I think
could you do a test on another duplicate document and remove the second navigation and see if you get scrolling and menu closing
