[Pro] Display HTML

Is it true there is no way to display the HTML code? I’m used to GoLive where I can switch back and forth… Very handy for creating ads for Ebay where you only want select code…

Freeway is a design program, not a code editor. If you want to add
code to a specific part of the page, there are lots and lots of ways
to do that. But when you design in Freeway, you are not actually
looking at the product of the HTML – you are looking at a design
model of much higher resolution and depth than HTML is capable of
expressing. When you publish or preview, Freeway generates the optimum
HTML to express your design intent at that moment. If you move
something – even just a pixel in any direction – Freeway throws out
the entire page and runs its algorithm again to be sure that there
isn’t a better way to do things.

To add a bit of code to a specific part of the page, add a Markup Item
to the page. To add a lump of code to one of the “cardinal” parts of
the page (before the end of the head, before the end of the body, etc)
then use the Page / HTML Markup dialog.
