I built my CSS menus on a blank page, then copied/pasted them onto my actual page. The drop downs worked on the blank page not on actual page. It’s not that the links don’t work, the sub-menus are not visible. Any ideas.

This is an interesting one and difficult to diagnose from just the html.
What happens if you add some settings in the Responsive section of the CSS Menu action? ie Show icon at 768 breakpoint etc. and republish.

This is indeed interesting!
I can’t help myself but to me it looks a bit over-styled by inspector rather than styling it in the css-menu action itself (but this is a very shot in the dark, being honest).

I do agree Thomas but I didn’t see how that would stop it from working.
However I would suggest that you always start a CSS Menu with plain, unstyled text - except for a Font - unless you have set it in your Body Tag.
That way the action can deal with all colour choices (both text and backgrounds etc.)

Hi Michael I see it is now working - can you share with us what you did that made it so?
It will help the next person with a similar problem.

Thanks for all the help. What I did was I constructed the menu completely on the page where I was going to use it. Not on a blank page. I think something was lost in copying from the blank page to pasting on the real page. Thanks again.

Ideally this should be the Master but it shouldn’t matter where you build it.
