Help! I finally got our new site up, and the very first time someone tried to make a purchase, he got a very vague “Error on Page” message while using Internet Explorer. (Don’t know the version yet, but likely 8.) Here’s a link to one of our shopping pages. When he clicks on the “+ Add to Cart” button, he gets the message. I’ve tested the site on Safari, Opera, Firefox, and the old IE for Mac, and no problem. I tried it on IE on a remote PC server, and I got the error message.
Obviously, we need to get this fixed as quickly as possible. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

And any JS error is going to screw up the works so remove the Add This stuff first.
Hi David,
The issue appears to stem from the fact that you have the e-Buy form in an iframe on the page. For a reason that escapes me at present the Action uses JavaScript to submit the form and although this is working in most browsers it would appear that IE is having problems finding the form item to submit.
I’ll get the issue logged as a possible bug against the Action but for the moment you can try replacing the e-Buy Button Action item for a regular submit image (add an image to the form and make it a submit in the Inspector palette) which should do what you want.
Can you send me a copy of your Freeway file if at all possible so I can attach this to the bug please? It will help when testing and improving the Actions.
Regards,
Tim.
