Haven’t used it myself however it strikes me that your Client is not doing themselves any favours by offering so many choices.
I think your issue is that you have these set as options where options really mean something like small, medium, large and red, blue, green
You may have to treat Cotton, Flannel and Solids as the options with further sub options for the pattern.
It might be easier to have Cotton, Flannel and Solids as 3 different products.

Maybe, She may just email the customers if they select more than one option, if I can’t fix this

There is a feature in the Business plan at Ecwid that offers ‘Combinations’
That might be the way to go but I don’t know anything about it.
Have you asked in the Ecwid Forums?

So it turns out that The forums did not do me any justice,so i just combined all the options into one drop down

I think that is a big mistake.
UX is so important and your visitors are going to jump ship when faced with such a huge dropdown.
Far better to split it up into 3 categories with an interface for each. That way the visitor can make an informed choice more quickly - that way leads to more impulse transactions, greater sales.
Too much choice leads to indecision and lost sales. Give them time to think and the answer will always be - I wont bother.

Maybe down the line, but the drop down is not too long and it has a scrolling option. She is using the free store right now, which limits you to only 10 products. I’ll mention it to my client though.

I would have to disagree there - 174 options is far too many!
For the sake of $150 she could have 100 products - if she isn’t willing to invest that sort of money she cant have much faith.
