[Pro] End of Freeway

Likely, but if it works on Sierra, that means you have a year to track down a replacement. You obviously no guarantees that it will work after that.

Some will say that you should probably be cautious about updating your work machine, buyt other apps move on with Apple, and you’ll be wanting to keep up with those too.

The suggestion to make a virtual machine with an Apple OS that works with FW 7 has been mentioned many times before, or keep an older machine around with Freeway on just in case.

Also, Freeway 7 will become more and more irrelevant as the Web moves on. What clients want now can be delivered by Freeway, but what about the next big thing after we’ve all done our responsive duties? Will Freeway 7 be able to do that?

We have to be prepared to see a Freeway-free future, unless it really is rescued and revitalised.

I have been testing FW7 on sierra and everything seems to work correctly so I would say that if thats the case and the final release of the next OSX comes is similar then I would hazard a guess that we have a few years at least… not just months.
