Walter,
In my brief experiment with FW 6 i am using a copy of an existing site that works fine.
The site uses Carousel 2, i have updated to the latest version of the action
and i keep getting the same error…
thisitem has no properties… ( the spelling of thisitem is exactly from the error)
Thx

Apologies, this error is associated with the Carousel Button Action.

What type of element have you applied the Action to? If it isn’t a drawn-in-place layer Graphic Box, then that could be one reason.

Walter,
Yes correct, this site was my first and only successful effort at getting inline construction to work.

Freeway 5.5 or 6.0?
I can’t recall if I tried making the tabs inline, that might be possible, but it might require changes to the Action.

Walter,
Seems to work OK on 5.5 but that was set up with Carousel 1.
I could go back to the 5.5 site and try Carousel 2 ans see what happens.

Walter,
Using the latest version of Carousel 2 in the same site on FW 5.5 seems to operate OK…no issues.

Walter,
With respect to resolving this problem I am not sure if i have an issue with my site construction or is there a FW 6 issue?
Thanks for the help.

I just made a quick test document, and inline tabs and buttons work just fine.
Not sure what you might be seeing there, but the latest Action in Freeway 6 does just fine. Any other Actions on the same page?

Walter,
It is working now but not 100% certain i know why i was having the difficulties. I did have another issue on the same page which distracted me a little see http://freewaytalk.net/thread/view/125240#latest
for more on that…
In trying to get Carousel 2 working on this site i was working on page 2 of the site, page 1 also has a carousel, it was the older version (not FW6 Compatible). When testing the new Carousel 2 on page 2 i used the Preview option to see my results, is it possible that the errors i was seeing were related to Page 1?? .
Thx
