[Pro] Extra text window on page to scroll?

Hi and good day,

How can I have an extra text window on the page, and that text can be scrolled in that window?

So as to hide most of the text, only at the top a few lines.

There might be an action for this?!

Or simply draw an HTML box, set overflow to scroll, and paste in the long text.
