I have a client who wants a site that has fading transitions like this flash site- http://www.cucinawoodstock.com/
What is the best way to develop this in freeway pro?

If you just want fading images/html items then you could use several methods

1 - ScriptyFader action example at http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/scriptyfader.html - click on the grey boxes. There is an auto option too.

2 Target Show/Hide action in conjunction with Sequence Timer action using a fade transition. Example here (a slightly modified version) http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/resetsequencetim.html

This is 2 ways - there are more.
