Hi guys - I might know a little about box models but I know nothing about action script programming which you need to know to create such smooth Flash animation. The template I used is called ‘Gallery’
Nice design. It smay seem like a novice question, but ho wdid you create the html for your nav tabs?
Is it simply html with a link applied?
Just because I’m doing something similar and my link only becomes ‘active’ when the text is exactly rolled over!? I want it to fill the entire nav button on each tab.
I’m using ‘text rollover’ for my text as I’m also targeting a highlighted tab underline on each tab on mouse over, but when you are on the tab, but not mousing over the text the tab does not highlight. Any advice please J?
Try using the CSS menu action? Create a html box for the words used in the menu (Home, About etc) then turn this into a list, then apply the CSS menu action this I think will have the effect you are after?
Give the CSS-Menu Action a try. I think it is made with it. I agree, it’s sometimes a bit tricky achieve correct settings, but finally you may get all the needed result. As I remembered, there is a screencast in freewaymoments http://www.softpress.com/support/tutorials/HQ/9/
you should follow.
