Could some please give me a link to a working example
of Flexible Image Action
as i do not seem to be able to get his action to work

That action is not working for Freeway 6 yet. In addition, unless Softpress changes it, I wouldn’t recommend using that action as it breaks in IE (it turns the images into a 1px high pancake).
