[Pro] footer not pushed down - why?

Hi,
After the site is up & running, I just now discovered that the footer is still not pushed down in my inline-structure with RPL applied. Here is the code for the container (cont1) with col1 and col2 then the footer:

Any advice is welcome!

I had this problem when I had a Pass-Through graphic (or any graphic maybe?) in my footer container using RPL.

Don’t know if that’s the set up you have.

Yes the footer has a graphic (jpeg) as background-image and the container has another background-image, also a jpeg.

Could this be a hinder for the footer being pushed down?!

Well, I couldn’t get it to work.

I think I got it to work when everything was inline (box model) and took RPL off.

Specification:

  1. RPL on or off: same result

  2. The footer is pushed down when I add one line of text, then press enter; more lines disappear under the footer, which stays put.

  3. All layers have unspecified heights as it should be.

(thought this footer problem was solved now … )

Now I had a look at the 3 Row_Three Column.freeway file , provided by Softpress, which is the basis of my structure, and it behaves exactly as described above (no. 2). So it doesn’t really work with longer texts!

= when entering more text into a column, then this column disappears behind a static* footer!
(footer moves only one line down. )

What would be the solution for this problem?
