Does anybody have any tips on creating footers that stay anchored to the bottom of the page (determined by the height of the page) - I want to set this on the master page then I don’t have to manually adjust the footer on each of my many pages.
I have tried setting the bottom inset to 0px in the Inspector pallete but when you preview the footer stays at the bottom of the browser window, not the bottom of the page.
When I applied the action to my HTML footer and publish the footer appears at the top of the screen not the bottom. In the Action palette I left the ‘space before footer’ setting to 24. Any ideas what’s going on?
I haven’t tried this, but I’m intrigued. By non-CSS element, do you mean, for instance, a white colored GIF box or even plain HTML box (non-layered) at the bottom, just before the footer?

Hi Laura
I made the last HTML box on the page a non-layered box by deselecting it, via the inspector/properties panel. CSS Layout was turned on. That worked fine for me, so I take it that is what Dave meant.

I did reply to this via the web interface last night on my iPhone basically saying that. But I guess my connection from Portree on the Isle of Skye wasn’t up to it.
