[Pro] Freeway Damaged

I tried to open Freeway Pro 7 and got the message that it was damaged and must be moved to the trash. How do I restore it? I am using an iMac with OS El Capitan. I no longer am able to access my backups for my applications on mu LaCie backup drive either. Any suggestions?
