I currently have the Trial version of Freeway Pro 5.5 and have had a couple of instances where it has crashed unexpectedly causing me to lose work that I have performed. I am getting ready to purchase the full version and want to know if anyone has experienced any crashes in the full version.

I dont think there is any Software that never crashes. But in saying that the few crashes I do get are usually because I am pushing the envelope.
As a long term user I have had few crashes but one thing I would be careful about - and this is more relevant to those from a DTP background who have amassed a multitude of fonts over the years - is to make sure that you check your Fonts. Cheap/free fonts are the worst culprits!
FontBook can verify your Fonts for you and that is where I would look for an issue if I did get a crash.
But as with any software - regular saves/backups are key.
