[Pro] FTP Error

Today I am not able to FTP to any of my sites - times out after getting the “items remaining / comparing files” window.

After a short period of time, the “Cannot complete upload because of an FTP error” window.

I’ve verified that I can indeed FTP to my sites via an external FTP program so I know the userid and pw are still correct…

Anyone ever experience this and what was / is the resolution ?

Clicking “passive ftp mode” made it work… Not sure why I had to do that this time and never before but at least it’s working !!

Yes sometimes toggling between the 2 states does the trick - don’t know why.

There may have been some sort of server upgrade/reconfiguration though.
