Hi Brenda,
It’s possible that the upload information in the document has been corrupted in some way. If that’s the case, the following steps should clear it from the document:
- Open the document in Freeway
- Choose Save As from the File menu
- Save under a different name and select the Stationery option (second radio-button) at the bottom of the dialog.
(Because you are saving as stationery, Freeway will remove upload information)
- Close the document
- Select the new document in the Finder and display the Get Info dialog
- Turn off “Stationery Pad” so it’s a normal document again
- Reopen the new document
- Try uploading again. You will need to re-enter your upload details: server, directory, user name etc.
