Trying to figure out where I can find a listing of the full file path for all images in a Freeway designed website, if there is such a listing. Thanks!

In the FW main main Edit > Resources will show you all images etc. used in your FW doc.
Depending on how you have set the doc up in File > Document Setup under the Output Tab then look under the resources Drop Down to see where they have been placed. Default is in the Resources folder so your full path will be www.mysite.com/Resources/myimage.jpg
if you have chosen one of the other options that will determine the correct path.
