Is it possible to copy modules from FW6 to FW 7 or no?

Please explain what you mean by modules? If you mean Actions (plug-ins) then the two versions actually share the same Actions folder, so there’s nothing to move if you’re upgrading on the same Mac.

I mean for backdraft 1.5 to 2.0 in FW7. I have something in FW6 and backdraft 1.5 that I want to use. However, if i can not copy that into the new fw and new backdraft, i won’t upgrade just yet

1.5 Modules wont work with the Responsive features of 7

You can open a 1.5 created 6 site in 7 and copy stuff over - just dont expect the modules to work using 7’s features.

Cant you just copy the content of a 1.5 module into a 2.0 module?

That is exactly what I want to do. Copy a 1.5 module to backdraft 2.0

And it wont work with the responsive features of 7.

You will need to copy the content of each module into the corresponding 2.0 module ie if it was a 2 col module then you need to copy the content of each col into the corresponding col in the 2.0 version.

Just as quick to reimport images and copy paste text.

Gotcha. That is what I meant, copying the content.
