Has anyone had any issues with FWP 6.01 retaining the values of Carousel 2 Text Tabs?
When I set my values in Carousel 2 Text Tab, I can publish, upload, and save the file and everything appears to be fine. But as soon as I reopen my FWP 6.01 document ALL of the Carousel 2 Text Tab values reset to the LAST Carousel 2 Pane on the page.
I’ve also tried the updated Carousel/Carousel Text Tabs and I get exactly the same results. I deleted all of my Actions and I reinstalled FWP 6.01, but the problem remains. What’s weird is that (as near as I can tell) ONLY the Carousel Text Tabs are affected. I’ve contacted Softpress, but I haven’t heard back. I’m anxious to get this resolved so I can move forward with my client’s updates.
I am seeing that behavior too. I cannot explain it – it’s using the same code as the regular Carousel Tab Action to determine which element is chosen, and it works fine in that Action. It also “sticks” between publishes, just does not survive a save.

I just tried FWP 6.02 and unfortunately it does not fix the problem I’m having. Normally, I would suspect a damaged document, but I have not seen any other anomalies that would lead me to believe that the file is corrupted.

Thanks Walter. I thought I was going mad. FWIW, I tried swapping out Carousel 2/Carousel 2 Text Tab with the updated Carousel 6.0 compliant version and the behavior was exactly the same. The good news is that now I know my FWP document isn’t corrupted.
Thanks for the update. But still no language setting possible in the german edition and still not possible to change the standard arabic fonts on document settings. (In fact it doesn’t hold changed settings.) Is it on me or is it a bug?

Hey Walter, what’s the latest on our Carousel Text Tab to a specific pane dilemma. It doesn’t look like the latest FWP 6.0.6 resolved the problem we were having. Here’s one of my pages that uses it. Thanks!
Click on Jewish and it should take you to the second pane of the Carousel. There are quite a few on this page, but that’s the easiest. Safari should show you the following link info at the bottom.
I don’t think Carousel 2 has the ?querystring control in it yet. I haven’t looked at it in a while, I will try to do so soon.
