Hopefully someone will be able to help.
Although I registered a lot of early upgrade purchases, I got a bit slack and failed to do so with vs. 6 and 7.
I need to install a version of FW on a new laptop and the automated retrieval only works with REGISTERED copies of each purchase, so I’m a bit stuck.
Any Softpress apparatchiks with access to the purchase records who can sort me out, I’d be very grateful!
