Yeah, I know about the website translator.
What impressed me with this particular site was that the translate option came up as a bar just above the website header without me doing anything. I was thinking that may be useful to some of my clients who are trying to service customers who prefer languages other than English.

Oh, I see. And then the code gets placed in the HTML Markup for the site or page depending on where I want it, correct?
BTW, how does one determine exactly where to place HTML Markup code in a page and where would the Google translate code go?

This is realy simple:
Get your code (2 parts) here:
Cloud Translation | Google Cloud
First part code, paste before -tag
Second part code, insert with markup element somewhere on you page where you want the translate bar apear
Only HTML will be translate!
Done!
