I’ve created a very simple Emailer using Freeway Pro 5.5 on a Mac. Its 560 x 1250. I’ve made sure the objects and text boxes are not in ‘layers’ and that all graphics are combined. I tested the emailer in Safari and it looked fine. I used the ‘File > Mail Contents of This Page’ function to send the client a test Email to check. The cleint viewed it in Outlook and there are a few problems that are driving me crazy; fine black lines of various thicknesses and lengths go about 20mm into the page from the left and also a list of product colours I’ve set up as ranged right are ranged left.
If you can post a link to the online page we can probably help but it sounds like you have a background colour or image that is affecting your page or a layout misalignment.
There is a SP knowledgebase article that may cover your problem

It’s maddening because when I use Internet Explorer checking software it’s fine - it’s only the client that seems to viewing it oddly.
I haven’t done an email blast type of thing in a very long time, so I am
not sure what current best practices are. However, everything in your
document is graphic. All graphic text in a table construction… is this how
these things work now?
