Hi!
I make pages with a limited size, normally about 900x600px or something similar.
I have found out that in the pages I build, the text is out of the page that space. But seemingly that only happens when you see the page from a PC (at least some), but not from Mac.
How can I fix that? Why does it happen?
Here’s an example, look at the text at the bottom, on Mac it’s fairly over the end of the white area, on PC it goes across it and goes below the white area:

Any help?
Thanks!

This is caused by the way that a PC renders fonts at larger sizes/spacing than Macs.
You can see the same effect in Safari if you go to the View menu and check Zoom Text Only. Then Increase the font size using Apple+ a couple of times and watch your text expand outwith your boxes.
You can avoid this by putting your text box inline to a larger HTML box with your background set there as white. (Commonly known as the Box model)
Or by using non layered items.
Or if you upgrade to 5.5 the Relative Page Layout action will do it too.

Hi!
The white html-box seems an easy trick. But I will try upgrading to 5.5.
Thanks and regards
