The bottom (green) row of this table should be 10 pixel high. Visually, it appears to be much higher. Why?

I dropped it down to 1 px, which would make the total space 7 px high, but it still looks way too high to me. For point of reference, the row directly above it is 34 px high.

The problem is with Safari 6.0.5. For some reason, it’s not rendering that table correctly. Firefox and Chrome seem to be fine. Weird.
