[Pro] Hotspots/links not working

Something I don’t understand. I don’t know exactly how to call them, but when I draw the purple rectangle’s meant to draw an area with link anywhere on your page, they don’t seem to work.

I put them on top of everything, but still not working. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

I’ve had trouble with the Map Area Tool (if that’s what you’re talking about).

I wound up just using the Graphic Path Tool. Pretty much does the same thing.
