I made a screenshot of the background used in your sample website. Cropped it to 18px wide in Photoshop because that’s where the structure is based upon. Check the media folder in my example for the file.
Used this file as background image in Freeway Pro. Tiled horizontally and set the vertical tiling to top. This does the trick.
