[Pro] How to create this effect in Freeway?

Hi!
I wonder if it is possible to recreate this effect in Freeway.

There are 2 menu elements on the left side of the page, fade in after you scroll down to certain point on the page.

I also want to create similar effect. When you reach certain point on my page the element fade in and then you reach certain point somewhere else on the page its fades out. Is there any action for that or combination of actions to recreate that?

I am either blind or stupid - I am not seeing anything fade in on the left. Safari and FF

The top link on the right, yes but not on the left.

I can’t see that either I was referring to …

On the right side as you scroll down a round png with TOP written in it (anchor) appears

if you click it takes you back to the top of the page

I was working on something like this based on this tutorial: Animated Scroll to Top - Web Designer Wall

But my results are not that good and I did not had a lot of time to experiment with it. Maybe someone else can shine a light on this for a better result. It’s some CSS and jQuery.
It works in IE7 but not in IE8, in IE8 the image is showing twice.

You can download the FW document, I have used three actions;
Remove DIV tag,
CrowBar and
ESS-Use External Style Sheet.

Me neither, but he clearly refers to the scroll function.
