[Pro] How to edit CSS Menu

I am a novice, but I have muddled my way through creating my first site using Freeway Pro 5.5. I’m to the CSS menu’s of the template I chose. The side menu is social links of which I only have a few so I went into the menu to remove the text of Flickr, but when I did that it did not keep it removed. How can I learn how to properly edit a CSS menu. I have discovered the actions menu so I can link properly but feel lost on the rest.

Thank you!

If you are using a Template then items like that which originate on the Master page should be edited on the Master so that the changes propogate to all the pages based on the Master.

If you want a page specific change make your edit and then on the page in question with the item selected uncheck the Use Master Settings or Use Master Content settings in the Inspector.

Did you find the tutorial on CSS menus?

http://www.softpress.com/support/tutorials.html

There is also a new CSS menu tutorial that was just posted. Anyone have the address?

Cheers,
David

Sounds like you need to modify the menu from the list itself. Double click on the HTML item containing the menu, and delete the item from the “list”.
