[Pro] how to include images with forum messages

Just curious.
Sometimes I see posts where images are are included to help explain or answer a question but I sure don’t see how.
Is this accomplished with one of those css or code sorcery / wizard tricks or can a mortal do this too?

FWT supports Markdown Markdown - Wikipedia

So if you use the correct format ie something like this

![screenshot](http://www.yourpubliclyavailablesite.com/yourimage.jpg)

Then you will get something like this

For linking text it is about the same, without the ‘!’ :

[your text here](http://www.your-url-here.com)
