[Pro] How to integrate PayPal on another form

I have a website where I want people to be able to sign up for an event, enter some details (name, email, etc) and then pay to attend using our PayPal account. I tried the form without paypal and it works, sending me an email with the info. When I add the Paypal button (I did select multiple forms), it takes me to the paypal page but doesn’t submit the info to me via email anymore. Need advice. I am a novice.

I did this using Mal’s - example here http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/register.html

But you dont get a separate email as well - just the one from Mals.

The Multiple Forms action allows you to have more than 1 form per page - not integrate them.
