Is this a site you are trying to emulate? or yours.
The answer will largely depend on what the content of your header is but generally a page with no alignment set and with an inline construction will require an html item set a 100% width.
Show us your page and we can be more specific.

1st thing you should do is update FW to the latest version.
Then you decide whether or not you are making a responsive site.
If you are you need to rethink your construction - you need to turn the CSS option on so that all items are CSS positioned and not (as a lot of them are just now) using tables for layout.

Hi Dave, thank you for your reply. The actual site fitness4essex.co.uk is an old site. The only new page is /newsite which is what I am working on now.
When I read up on how to use the rollover action which you will see on the 4 images , it told me to turn CSS off for the rollover to work.
This page /newsite is not made from tables ?? it is just graphic items on the page… Is this right ???
