Hello, i decided to animate my website with HTML, because Flash is not good.
I tried to use Adobe Edge Animate and created a very simple animation to see if it works.
Then i opened by Adobe Edge Animate
on of html files which was created in Freeway Pro then, created animation and then overwriten the origianl file from Freeway.
Then i open Freeway Pro, and want to upload awrything to my web site and i have a massege:
“One or more HTML files which do not belong to this site will be overwritten. Do you want to continue?”
And i have only Cancel or OK
If i click Cancel nothing happens, but if i click OK then it restores that HTML file in which i added animation by Adobe Edge Animation to as it was befor.
If you overwrite one of Freeway’s files, Freeway will (and should) overwrite what you’ve done.
Either rename the HTML file so you don’t have to overwrite one of Freeway’s, or properly incorporate Animate’s code and resources into your Freeway site.
If Edge Animate is anything like Hype, when you open the output HTML file with a text editor, there should be two sections earmarked for your usage - one in the <head> with links to a javascript and CSS file, and one in the <body> with the HTML code.
In Freeway, create a new page and draw a “Markup Item” on it. Double-click on the element, and paste the code from the <body> of the Edge Animate code.
In the menubar, go to Page / HTML Markup / Before . Paste the code from the <head> in here.
Last but not least, use the Upload Stuff action to upload the resources that Edge Animate used (.js, .css, images, whatnot).
