Hi,
I’m working on a site that has a short column of html text that sits next to a picture gallery. The only way I can think of making the text (a basic intro to images) less intrusive for those looking through the gallery is for it to be subdued in some way.
I’ve tried using variations of rollerover and hide/show trigger actions but although I can make it disapear or appear I can’t get it to do both, mouseover appear/mouseaway disapear as I wish it to remain html rather than graphic. Another option was for it to fade out after a period but I already have a sequence timer for another effect. So, my final attempt was to make the text a hyperlink and change the link colour from near background colour to a readable colour.
My question is: what would be the ideal ‘link’ rendering it a link but ‘blank’?
-trusting that makes sense.
If anyone has any other thoughts on a cool way to do this I’d be greatful.
