I am having a problem with html text and rules not lining up where they should. This should be very simple but it continues to give me a problem. I have made the copy and rules on a layer but they don’t seem to want to cooperate.
I also have a button within the text as well that won’t line up.
Do I have to make these separate blocks of text to work?
Any ideas?

This should be as simple as clicking in after the text until you get a flashing cursor and then Insert>Rule
You appear to have your rule on a different layer to your text.

well, strangely when I used them they were inline with the text and showed as such in Freeway but when rendered in Safari it all went t*ts up…

Dave, How do I then get my button to align with the text?
Any experience with that?

Copy your button and then click until you get a flashing cursor and paste it in.
It will now be inline and move with the text as it is resized.
