[Pro] HTML5 Video not playing on iPad2

Hello,

I placed a mp4 file (converted from .mov to mp4/Apple universal/iPad with MiroVideoConverter) and it is playing ok on my iMac, but on my iPad there is just a black square. Also the iPad conversion is “squeezed”.
Got the same result with FW 5.x and HTML5 video action.
They used to be QT video’s, but apparently there is a problem with Maverick/safari and QT.

Any ideas?
