[Pro] HTTPS:// with Sequence timer and target show/hide layer problem

Just switched our whole company website to HTTPS://

Now our Sequence timer and target show/hide layer do not work. No images are shown at all, and no slideshow of images

If I load page in normal HTTP:// image slide show works.

So I suspect problem with Sequence timer and target show/hide layer working in HTTPS://

Any ideas or suggestions

Thanks
James

You appear to have javascript errors I think caused by the Image Guardian action.

Try removing that and republishing - at least on a test page.

Also note that you have an error re insecure content

David,
Many thanks, on checking html source on 2 pages found following:

I simply change the http:// to https:// in html source file and now all works.

Question how do I make this change in Freeway pro 7 gui ?
So when I publish a site these changes will be made automatically ?

It seems these two html lines are associated with Sequence timer and target show/hide layer.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
James

The code call is part of the action(s) involved and I suspect that going forward it might be an idea to have a checkbox in the action interface to enable the https option.

Apply this Action to the page. It won’t fix every possible link, but it will help with the ones to the Google CDN.

Contacted Softpress tech support and they suggested the following fix,

Please can you try applying the HTTPS CDN Helper Action (from http://actionsforge.com/actions/https-cdn-helper) to the page to see if that will fix things.

The Action should change any links to HTTP to HTTPS – and that may well fix the problem.

Have tested and solves the problem when I republish the site.

Thankyou all for your help.
