Do you mean a Twitter icon that links to your Twitter page?

If so, import the Twitter bird graphic icon. Select it and go to Edit > Hyperlink > select External

In ‘Title:’ type in twitter url and then on the ‘Target:’ dropdown select ‘new window’.
