I’ve posted a site with a Quicktime Movie on the home page (www.anecologyofmind.com).
The movie plays fine, but the screen is black when the page loads, and I’m stumped as to why there is no image showing.
Is there a way to force this? Or to paste an image over the black area (but not on top of the controls)?
I’m pretty sure this is a user-error issue, so thanks in advance.

When you created the QT did you set a poster frame for it?
You could use the QT reference movie action and use it to create iPhone optimised files and you get the option to choose a Poster Frame image too.

David -
Thanks for the tip - I did not create the QT (it was delivered to me), but I did use the QT Reference Movie Action and I was able to upload another image for the poster frame which seems to work.
Really appreciate the help, and thanks again,
Barry
