[Pro] Image Size with Background Super Sizer

Hello

I just found the Background Super Sizer Action and would like to use it on my home page.

Could anyone recommend what size I should make the images I use?

If I make them small the images become blurry when enlarged, and making them larger they are quite large in size. Any ideas would help out greatly. This is where I am coming from with the question.

Thanks
Phil

There was a recent discussion about total page size which referred to a survey of ‘web professionals’ and their thoughts on an optimum size.

The essential conclusion was that 87% of people think a websites page size should be 1MB or under. And that is the Total page size!

Turn on Show File Sizes by clicking on the gear wheel at the bottom of the Site Pane (LH of your FW window)

Hello Dave

Thanks for this.

Just read the article and made the page and images much smaller.

I have another question.
When I look at the test site I have set up on the iPad the page with this action work fine.
But if the page is resized Safari will crash most of the time. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Thanks again
Phil
