Thanks for responding so quickly.
To upload the page for you I had to move the file from the iMac I’m using to design the site to the MacBook where all my service provider information is.
On the MacBook I couldn’t make the boxes move, even when I deliberately tried to do so.
So now I’m wondering if it could be an OS issue. The iMac is on Sierra, but the MacBook Pro is still on El Capitan. Does this sound plausible?
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to upload the page in the end as it seems my service provider is also having some issues.
