[Pro] Insert code of Addthis buttons

I am a newcomer of Freeway Pro. I am setting up a website for my photos. I tried the Addthis action but I do not like the result, so I decided to manually insert the code generated by the site AddThis. Following the instructions I copied the code
after but before (Page->HTML Markup) but when I preview the page in the browser (tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome) no buttons appear.
As a second attempt, I removed the code from the body section and inserted it in a Markup Item, but the results in the preview of the browser is the same, there are no buttons on the page.

I searched a bit in the forum but I do not find an explicit description of how insert the AddThis code generated by the site. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I report the code I would like to insert:

I have noted that it is unusual that a thread remains without some replies/suggestions.
Since I am new in this forum, I am trying to understand if my question is poorly-stated, if the question is off-topic, is too simple, odd, strange, etc etc.
Do not interpret this reply as a criticism but as a “calibration” towards the standard of the forum.
Thanks

The easiest way to add this type of code on your page is to insert it into
a text space through a Markup item.

First, find the spot on your page where you’d like the result to go and
insert your cursor there. Choose menu Insert > Markup Item and a special
container for markup code is inserted into your line of text. Initially, it
will be open and you can paste your code there. You can always come back
later and edit the contents of your Markup item by double-clicking the tiny
gray box, or selecting it and choosing menu Item > Modify. You can even
right-click (or control-click) the Markup item to bring up the Contextual
menu for it.

You may have as many Markup items as you need, but you are always
responsible for the code you paste into them, as Freeway Pro simply inserts
it verbatim.

Your question was answered within an hour of asking, which is pretty speedy
I think.

Although, it is good to remind yourself that FreewayTalk is all volunteer
(except for Joe and a few other Softpress slaves). So, silence may mean no
one has looked at your question yet, or that no one who has looked at your
question knows how to answer it yet. It may also mean that no one who has
looked at your question is even remotely interested in answering it yet,
which usually only happens when the question involves supporting older PC
browsers.

Since we are a global community, many of us can be found off sleeping or
eating or doing what good people naturally do when they aren’t glued to the
computer screen – whatever that could be  Generally, if you don’t get
an answer within a day then I’d worry about rephrasing your question or
providing clearer details. In many cases, some of us are used to diagnosing
problems by looking at the source code Freeway outputs, so be prepared to
post a link to an example of your problem. Some of us are also publishing
links to screenshots to help people visualize problems/solutions.

Best of luck,

Ernie Simpson

Thank you for your answer and for the “calibration” of the typical time after which I should start to suspect that my question is poorly written.

Hope to contribute in future to this community after learning the basics of Freeway.
