have a caller trying to do the first tutorial in the manual (running 5.6.4 Pro with Mountain Lion) went to save the document, but got an error message that read “invalid list index” -1719.
Can’t find any reference to this error. Please assist. Thanks.
I’ve not heard of or seen this error before (apart from when the caller contacted us in Support). I’d recommend getting them to try the usual debugging things such as clearing their preferences, trying to start from a Blank template (his will automatically save when they create the document), and finally trying a different user account to see if there’s something in their user directory that’s causing the problem.
Also, from what I’ve gathered, the user has a copy of Freeway 5, too. They could try using that to see if they get the same problem.
