What settings are needed so a iPhone layout will look acceptable in a normal browser?
Is it possible or do I have to make 2 websites?

Just make sure that if there is content that is not viewable on an iPhone that you use the iPhone redirect action to take the viewer to a more appropriate page ie a Flashless page.
