I have been having problems getting these videos to be available on iPad and iPhone. I have read through the tutorials endlessly and have generated movie files via web and the video extras action etc. So the compression format of H264 should be okay.
Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?
The link is three untitled pages with three different formats. All which fail to show up on iPad or iPhone etc.
Appreciate any response.

the untitled 2 page has a QT reference movie action on it. So it shows a default map image but doesn’t play.

In my experience, the most bullet-proof format to display video on mobile devices is the HTML5 tag. Your page must be in HTML5 output format, and you need to have at least two versions of the video at hand: H264/AAC MPEG4, and WebM (for Firefox on the Mac). That’s the bare minimum. (Also, you’ll want a JPEG or PNG to use as the poster frame.) Drag the MPEG4 video to the page. Freeway will create a container element for it. Then in the Inspector, look in the Output tab (third from left) for the controls to add the poster and alternate formats. Once you link these up, publish your page and visit it on your iPhone or iPad. Your video should play. Check it on a desktop browser (even IE 9) and it will play there as well. If you have to support IE 8 for any reason, you’ll need to have a Flash fallback, and for that I recommend my Sublime Player or VideoJS Actions. Those get applied a little differently – you start with the poster frame on the page as a normal graphic, and then apply the Action to the graphic and hook up the video files using the Actions palette.
