Ever since I upgraded my MAC to OSX Maverick my website builder is placing graphics, text and everything outside the page and not where I want them. Is it the new upgrade our am I missing something.
Please Help
After just installing Mavericks, I made a change to a website in FW 5 Pro. Everything went smoothly, I was able to Save changes and Update, but when I tried to Upload the site, FW crashed and burned. Tried it again and the same result: Freeway quit with an error.
I brought up FW again and checked for Updates from the menu and another error. The program cannot even check for updates. Something is radically incompatible.
I also use Cocoatech’s Path Finder and it freezes on starting up and requires a Force Quit. Cocoatech has been working on the problem for weeks now and no fix.
I’ve just installed Mavericks that way, reinstalled FW6, made amendments to an old site and uploaded via FW - all was well. I think FW is confirmed as compatible from Softpress?
Freeway 6 is compatible, Freeway 5.5 works but is no longer in development (so if any bugs were to be discovered or introduced in a 10.9 update, it would only be fixed in version 6), and Freeway 5 is known to crash on upload. Uploading manually through an FTP application will work fine, but to take advantage of Freeway’s built in upload management an upgrade to 6 will be required.
